What we collect and why
The data you send through the contact form (name, email, project type, location, budget range and message), used only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and your consent when you submit the form.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and up to 12 months afterwards if no project follows.
Who else sees it
Our website provider (Framer B.V.) processes form submissions on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to hola@tallerocre.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
